MARKET OF SANT ADRIÀ
The integral renovation of the Market of Sant Adrià del Besos is in progress, a project for which Servoclima has supplied Air Handling Units of the modular and fan coil type.
The work has a budget of 44 M EUR, part of which will be paid by the dealers of the stalls and the rest by the awardee of the renovation and exploitation of the commercial space, under concession.
The building offers more than 10,000 m² of surface area divided into 4 storeys, two under ground, for vehicle parking and logistical space, a ground floor where the food stalls will be located, a bar and a bakery and the first floor is reserved for the supermarket.
This project intends to respond to a long-standing demand and to invigorate the commercial heart of the town, making this space much more attractive and modern.
